This episode is for you if you’ve ever struggled with anxiety or ever watched a loved one form coping mechanisms to handle their anxiety.
I have more than 10 things to tell you about anxiety, but here is a place we can start the mental health conversation. In this episode, I'm sharing my lifelong anxiety starting in childhood, through the teenage and young adult years, after I had children, and into the present day.
I'm talking about what anxiety looks like for me, healthy and unhealthy coping mechanisms, and the things that have given me the most relief.
The goal of this type of episode is just to share a common human experience. I hope that it makes you check in with your own body, be honest about mental health struggles, and bring about some understanding of the anxiety that millions of people live with every day.
